  • Orders are processed within 10 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may take additional processing time.

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on your order size, weight, and destination.

  • International shipping is available to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on location.

  • Currently, all orders will be shipped from our CN warehouse.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing (for international orders).

Order Tracking

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
